There are no public, legal off road trails for 4x4's in the state of New Hampshire.
According to RSA 485-A & RSA 482-A there is up to a $10,000 fine per violation and you may also be required to repair the damage.
4-Wheeling illegally can also be considered trespassing.
NWOR does have access to legal trails through private land.
The NWOR is a member of the NEA4WDC (northeast association of 4 wheel drive clubs) which advocates and supports wheeling with land owner permission.
The annual single membership for NWOR is $25
